* man/ffi_prep_closure.3: Delete.

* man/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove ffi_prep_closure.3.
        (man_MANS): Ditto.
        * man/Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
        * configure.ac: Bump version to 2.99.8.
        * configure, doc/stamp-vti, doc/version.texi: Rebuilt.
