* Makefile.am, include/Makefile.am: Move headers to
libffi_la_SOURCES for new automake.
* Makefile.in, include/Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
* testsuite/lib/wrapper.exp: Copied from gcc tree to allow for
execution outside of gcc tree.
* testsuite/lib/target-libpath.exp: Ditto.
