bd0768f877 * configure.ac: Bump version to 2.99.5. 
* configure: Rebuilt.
        * Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add darwin64.S
        * Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
        * testsuite/lib/libffi-dg.exp: Remove libstdc++ bits from GCC tree.
        * LICENSE: Update WARRANTY.

6257f07d1a * aclocal.m4, Makefile.in, configure, fficonfig.h.in: Rebuilt. 
* mdate-sh, texinfo.tex: New files.
	* Makefile.am (info_TEXINFOS): New variable.
	* doc/libffi.texi: New file.
	* doc/version.texi: Likewise.
